Paper Twists in May May 15, 2020 |
HiMay 2020 Paper Twists
I hope you are handling the reduced contact and outside activity well and are staying healthy and safe. It has been another month of Social Distancing for me so I have stayed at home most of the time. Experiencing Mother's Day via Facebook Messenger and texts was different yet I am thankful for the technology that made it possible to see some of my children and grandchildren. I've been enjoying extra time to craft so the Latest Card Making Ideas page has projects from Beautiful Friendship, the Daisy Lane Bundle and To a Wild Rose. I just love those stamp sets. There are a couple of updates on the Stampin' Up! News page as well. We will have a brand new annual catalogue as of June 3rd! I am looking forward to that. I received some new products in my pre-order (as a Demonstrator, I get to order before the products are officially released with the annual catalogue on June 3rd) so I will be creating some new projects for your viewing pleasure over the next few weeks. The Cards for Troops Drive is definitely in full swing now. Thank you to all who have already donated lovely bags and boxes full of handmade cards. I am keeping them safe till it is time to pack and mail them off. This week I received a letter from a soldier in the Middle East who said he was particularly interested in 'Thinking of You' and 'Missing you' cards, so if you can do include some cards with those sentiments for both male and female military personnel.
May the coming weeks be full of productive and bright days, along with plenty of crafting time and time with family and friends as restrictions on Australia begin to ease. Till next time, happy crafting! PaperCraftCentral Susan also of SusanSalutations for Australian readers
