Christmas Cards
Hi
I got these made tonight.
Jo
****************Hi Jo
Thanks for sending these in :) They look great!
I love Christmas time and the chance to make all sorts of new cards. It's fun to bring out retired and new stamping sets to make them, too. I never throw out a Christmas stamp set.
I must post a few of my own new cards for this year on the
Christmas card page. I should have quite a few ready before too much longer has passed by. After making lots of cards for the
Cards for Troops drive that finishes in October each year, I just clean myself out and have to start all over again for me! Lol! But it does give me an excuse to play with seasonal ideas ALL year long, so I don't mind at all. Maybe I will find a stamp I can make another
Christmas Wreath version from? I could use buttons too, couldn't I? Hmmm! Now I can't wait to get to the craft room!!
I hope you will keep sending in pictures of your cards. I like that star burst effect you have on these cards. I'd love to see what other ideas you create with.
Happy crafting!
Susan

Merry Christmas
I used Cuttlebug embossing folder 'Holly' on my card. I used two different coloured green chalks on the embossing and coloured the berries with a red Stampin Up! pen. Using green Kindy Glitz, I brushed it over the holly leaves. I also used gold ink to ink the edges of the card, and used a gold 'Merry Christmas' sticker to complete my look.
